在線光亮退火流程/Online bright annealing process：
當(dāng)管材進(jìn)入設(shè)備后，利用卡件進(jìn)行進(jìn)口封閉，然后向設(shè)備內(nèi)充進(jìn)惰性氣體將空氣排空，管材在經(jīng)過(guò)加熱爐時(shí)，通過(guò)中頻電流流過(guò)的線圈，從而對(duì)管材進(jìn)行退火處理，加熱爐與冷卻筒之間用石英管連接，防止進(jìn)入空氣，管材在冷卻筒中與惰性氣體反應(yīng)，恢復(fù)管材本身亮度，在冷卻筒出口處通過(guò)密封卡件穿出，即完成整個(gè)加工過(guò)程。
