摘要:對(duì)電氣線路進(jìn)行接地故障保護(hù),方式接地故障電流引起的設(shè)備和電氣火災(zāi)事故越來越成為日常。針對(duì)用戶側(cè)主要的用能節(jié)點(diǎn),設(shè)計(jì)安裝剩余電流繼電器,實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控各用能回路的剩余電流狀態(tài)。通過實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控用能以及相關(guān)電力參數(shù)、提高用能安全、可靠及維護(hù)效率、降低維護(hù)的人工成本、實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)剩余電流監(jiān)控的**。通過用能的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè),數(shù)據(jù)的采集及報(bào)警,監(jiān)測(cè)配電系統(tǒng)中剩余電流,為用戶電氣線路接地故障保護(hù),防范剩余電流導(dǎo)致的火災(zāi)事故和人員觸電事故提供**。現(xiàn)就我司ASJ型剩余電流繼電器在菲律賓的應(yīng)用做一簡要介紹。
Abstract: Ground fault protection for electrical circuits, equipment and electrical fire accidents caused by ground fault currents are increasingly becoming a daily necessity. 該礦廠位于菲律賓,由于電流很大,礦廠用電情況特殊,客戶希望通過在配電柜內(nèi)安裝剩余電流繼電器來監(jiān)測(cè)線路剩余電流,并且希望可以在顯示面板上顯示實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)的剩余電流值與其設(shè)定的剩余電流值之比值,在此比值達(dá)到80%時(shí)剩余電流繼電器能立即報(bào)警。安科瑞ASJ10-LD1A配合剩余電流互感器,成功地解決了客戶現(xiàn)場(chǎng)剩余電流監(jiān)控需求。由于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)電流很大,所以在剩余電流互感器的選擇上,我們進(jìn)行了多次溝通,通過銅排以及電流規(guī)格給客戶選定了合適的剩余電流互感器。

ASJ 系列剩余電流動(dòng)作繼電器可與低壓斷路器或低壓接觸器等組成組合式剩余電流保護(hù)裝置,主要適用于交流 50Hz,額定電壓 400V 及以下的 TT 和 TN 系統(tǒng)配電線路,用來對(duì)電氣線路進(jìn)行接地故障保護(hù),防止接地故障電流引起的設(shè)備損壞和電氣火災(zāi)事故,也可用來對(duì)人身觸電危險(xiǎn)提供間接接觸保護(hù)。
