GTP酶：是GTP/GDP結(jié)合蛋白，被細(xì)胞表面受體(GPCR)后, 它能調(diào)節(jié)下游效應(yīng)器的功能。

它可以結(jié)合GTP、水解GTP，因此在的GTP結(jié)合狀態(tài)和非的GDP結(jié)合狀態(tài)之間切換。
