介紹蒸汽鍋爐的化學(xué)清洗過程

我們先來了解一下鍋爐水垢形成、種類，以及如何用化學(xué)方法去清洗水垢：
鍋爐水垢的形成與鍋爐的給水和鍋水的組成、性質(zhì)以及鍋爐的結(jié)構(gòu)、鍋爐的運行狀況等多種因素有關(guān)。鍋爐水垢按化學(xué)組成可以分為下面幾類：
(1) carbonate scale

Chemical cleaning methods: carbonate scale in 5% hydrochloric acid solution, most of the solution, at the same time will produce large amounts of bubbles, after the reaction, insolubles rarely in the solution.
（1）碳酸鹽水垢
碳酸鹽水垢成分主要有碳酸鈣、碳酸鎂，其中以碳酸鈣為主，達到50%以上。碳酸鈣多為白色的，也有微黃色的。由于結(jié)生的條件不同，可以是堅硬、致密的硬質(zhì)水垢，多結(jié)生在熱強度高的部位；也可以是疏松的軟質(zhì)水垢，多結(jié)生在溫度比較低的部位，如鍋爐的省煤器、進水管口等處。一般熱水鍋爐多為碳酸鹽水垢。
化學(xué)清洗方法：碳酸鹽水垢在5%的鹽酸溶液中，大部分可溶解，同時會產(chǎn)生大量的氣泡，反應(yīng)結(jié)束后，溶液中不溶物很少。
(2) sulfate scale

（2）硫酸鹽水垢
硫酸鹽水垢其主要成分是硫酸鈣，達50%以上。硫酸鹽水垢多為白色，也有微黃色的，特別堅硬、致密，手感滑膩。此種水垢多結(jié)生在鍋爐內(nèi)溫度較高、蒸發(fā)強度較大的蒸發(fā)面上。
化學(xué)清洗方法：硫酸鹽水垢在鹽酸溶液中很少產(chǎn)生氣泡，溶解很少，加入10%氯化鋇溶液后，生成大量的白色沉淀物。
(3) silicate scale

Chemical cleaning methods: silicate scale is not dissolved in hydrochloric acid, slowly dissolve other ingredients after heating, with transparent state sand sediment, adding 1% HF may slowly dissolve.
（3）硅酸鹽水垢
硅酸鹽水垢的成分比較復(fù)雜，水垢中二氧化硅的含量可達20%以上，硅酸鹽水垢多為白色，水垢表面帶刺，它是一種十分堅硬的水垢，此種水垢容易在鍋爐溫度較高的部分結(jié)生，它的主要成分是硅鈣石或鎂橄欖石。
化學(xué)清洗方法：硅酸鹽水垢在鹽酸中不溶解，加熱后其他成分部分地緩慢溶解，有透明狀態(tài)砂粒沉淀物，加入1%HF可緩慢溶解。
(4) mixed scale

（4）混和水垢
混合水垢是上述各種水垢的混合物，很難指出其中哪一種是主要的成分?；旌纤干s，可以看出層次，主要是由于使用不同水質(zhì)或水處理方法不同造成的，多結(jié)生在鍋爐高、低溫區(qū)的交界處。
化學(xué)清洗方法：混合水垢可以大部分溶解在稀鹽酸中，也會產(chǎn)生氣泡，溶液中有殘留水垢的碎片或泥狀物。
(5) iron oxide scale

（5）氧化鐵水垢
氧化鐵垢的主要成分是鐵的氧化物，大都結(jié)生在太康鍋爐有限公司鍋爐熱負荷較高的受熱面上，有時也會在水冷壁管、煙管等位生成。氧化鐵的外表面往往是咖啡色，內(nèi)層是灰色的
化學(xué)清洗方法：氧化鐵垢加稀鹽酸可緩慢溶解，溶液呈黃綠色，加硝酸能較快溶解，溶液呈黃色。
